Keep count of your sets with this easy to use Sets Counter.

I needed a tool to help me count of my Sets of different reps (ie 10 sets of 10 pushups, 10 sets of 10 situps etc).

This handy tool keeps count of my Sets for me with a simple push of a button, then it starts a countdown timer (you can choose from 90, 60, 45, 30 and 15 seconds), so I know how long to rest for and when to start my next set.

It is very basic at the mo, if lots people use it then I will make it better with more features.

This is available for FREE on Android devices (phones and tablets)

Welcome

Welcome to my website.

First of all, let me just say a huge thank you for stopping by my taekwondo website, I hope you find the content that post informative and enjoyable.

I am a keen martial artist, and I am currently training in ITF Taekwondo. Over the past 10 years I have done Muay Thai, Judo, Ninjutsu, Karate and Taekwondo.

A few years ago I trained with the TAGB and got my blue belt, but I had to stop training due to injury. 3 years later and I am now fixed and training again 🙂

I have created this website mainly to blog about my Taekwondo journey, but also as a reference for me (and you) to revise / learn from.

I will upload any thing I find that is relevant to training in Taekwondo, from videos, to pictures, to mobile apps and games.

Regards
