For those of you that don’t know me personally, I injured my shoulders a few years ago and was unable to train for about 2 years.
This made me slightly depressed and I started to eat lots of junk (mainly chocolate), and over the 2 year period gained about 3 stone in fat, mainly on my stomach.
I am going to start doing 100 pushups and 100 situps everyday, this will start tonight.
I will start out doing them in sets, with 10 pushups and 10 situps in each set.
My aim is increase my core strength, and try to lose my belly fat.
I don’t know if this is going to work, but lets try it for a month and see the outcome.
